We have appraisers on staff who are FHA certified, and who are fully familiar with the recent changes in the HUD/FHA appraisal program. Commonwealth Appraisal Company uses advanced on-line and off-line sources in the collection of market data, and in the preparation and transmission of appraisal reports. We utilize WinTOTAL appraisal software by a la mode, inc. (tm), which provides us with the highest level of integrated appraisal tools currently available.  Digital photography, on-line location mapping, flood hazard data, sketching, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and statistical analysis are all part of WinTOTAL.  The software is now in its fourth generation, and is updated and improved frequently using an Internet update system.  In addition, a la mode offers us continuing technology training and provides us with "24/7" technical support of all of their products.
                        
We now offer a connection with  the Mercury Network, a new Internet portal, which allows you to order appraisals, check status of orders, send updated information, and receive finished appraisal reports, all in a secure, confidential Internet environment.
